Fantastic, couldn't ask for more. Dad's been there a week now, and every day fills us with more confidence that we couldn't have picked a better place. The staff are stunning, nothing is too much trouble (honest, nothing..!) and they do everything with a smile on their face. Everything about Park House Court tells you that this is a place full of people that really care about getting it right ... and they have. Staff.... amazing. Food... outstanding. My father is in the dementia unit at Park House. The level of care is fantastic. The understanding ALL the staff have for the relatives on such a very upsetting and hard time. Nothing is too much trouble and they are there for you as well as your family member. I've learnt a lot from them. They are on the ball with everything and soon spot any problems. I would recommend Park House to everybody. Keep up the good work.
