Long-term and respite packages are sensitively discussed with the prospective resident, the family and our clinicians to ensure a careful balance is struck. We tailor to individual needs, not just clinical demands. In addition, we can provide convalescent care hospital stays prior to going home.

We can provide double rooms to accommodate couples as well as en-suites, telephones, newspapers and other home comforts. Additionally, personal furniture and other trinkets are possible, please ask if you’re unsure. In order to make this a comfortable transition, you are encouraged to tell us what you need, and we can adapt to your individual requirements. 

Visiting hours are open-ended to allow ease of access to families, but to ensure the security of our residents, the main doors are kept locked. In addition, arrangements can be made to join your family member at mealtimes.

Park House consists of four wards, each with their own specialisms. These range from hospital care, high dependency, Dementia and stroke rehabilitation. Our guests are primarily elderly, but not exclusively.

We are always available for visits, and are happy to have potential families in for a look around. However, please call to ensure the Matron or another senior manager is available.
